Goal
Create a modern outdoor chair for a brewery that references an Adirondack. Use 1” steel tubing and mahogany wood.
The Brewery
Old Majestic Brewing Company
building is a repurposed mill
very industrial
exposed brick and beams inside
can’t veer too modern because of the already established aesthetic

Final Design
This chair allows users to comfortably sit upright; allowing them to converse and enjoy the activities around them.
The metal legs reference a traditional adirondack chair, but the height allows for the user to sit more comfortably.
The 4” wide armrests easily allow for a pint to sit without fear of falling.
The 1” steel tubing and mahogany are both weather proofed using a varnish.
