Goal:
making a cost effective flatpack lamp with a beautiful light cast
Constraints:
no screws or adhesives
no materials over 3/16”

Phase Two
base too delicate
had a weird light cast
too much direct light
stand did not flow
shade plays with light well
base too weak
alternating height caused a bad light cast
interlocking paper was too weak to hold tension for long
best light cast so far
tension was uncontrolled so the panels slipped
varying heights look unintentional
no harsh light from holes
secure platform so paper doesn’t slip off
